YBrs Puan Emelia Tay Ling Imm

YBrs Puan Emelia Tay Ling Imm was appointed to the Board on 27 March 2024.

She holds a Master of Commerce (Tourism Marketing) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) and Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) Concentration in Finance from the International Islamic University of Malaysia.

YBrs Puan Emelia Tay Ling Imm brings more than 20 years of work experience in the public and private sectors. Previously she was the Head of Multilateral, International Division, Ministry of Finance (MOF), where she oversaw the activities of the World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund, Islamic Development Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and International Fund for Agriculture Development. Prior to her tenure at MOF, YBrs Puan Emelia Tay Ling Imm held the position of Deputy Director (Sectoral) / Principal Assistant Director at the Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister’s Department.

Currently she serves as the Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) at Unit Pantau Madani, MOF.
